CircleCraft Apps respects your privacy. CircleCraft is a music-theory and guitar-learning application designed to work without requiring a CircleCraft user account.
CircleCraft does not require users to create an account and does not ask users to provide their name, postal address, telephone number, contacts, precise location, photographs, microphone recordings, or other personal content to CircleCraft Apps.
CircleCraft may store app preferences and entitlement information locally on the user's device so that features and settings can be remembered between sessions. This locally stored information is used for app functionality and is not uploaded by CircleCraft Apps to a CircleCraft Apps server.
CircleCraft may offer an optional one-time purchase called CircleCraft Pro through Google Play. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices. CircleCraft Apps does not receive or store the user's full payment-card or bank-account details.
The app may receive purchase and entitlement information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether CircleCraft Pro has been purchased and to provide or restore the purchased features.
CircleCraft does not contain third-party advertising.
CircleCraft Apps does not use CircleCraft to create advertising profiles or sell users' personal information. CircleCraft Apps does not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers in CircleCraft.
CircleCraft Apps does not sell personal information. Information required to process a Google Play purchase is handled through Google Play. Google may process information independently in accordance with Google's privacy practices.
CircleCraft Apps seeks to minimise collection of personal data. App preferences and local entitlement state used by CircleCraft are stored on the device using platform-provided application storage. Purchase transactions are handled through Google Play rather than by CircleCraft Apps directly.
CircleCraft Apps does not maintain a CircleCraft user-account database. Locally stored CircleCraft preferences can generally be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. Google Play purchase records are managed by Google according to Google's applicable policies and legal obligations.
If you contact CircleCraft Apps by email, the email and information you voluntarily provide may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, provide support, maintain appropriate business records, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence held by CircleCraft Apps by contacting the email address below, subject to any legal retention requirements.
CircleCraft is a general music-learning application and is not specifically designed or directed at children. CircleCraft Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a CircleCraft account because CircleCraft does not provide CircleCraft user accounts.
CircleCraft is distributed through Google Play and may use Google Play services necessary for distribution, licensing, purchases, security, and related platform functionality. Those services may process device, transaction, diagnostic, or other information under Google's own policies. Users should consult Google's privacy information for details about Google's processing.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when CircleCraft's functionality, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy is revised.
